Get your event listed in papers
The key to getting your information in
newspaper calendars is nothing more than sending an email
or fax. However make sure you send accurate and detailed information
at least 2 weeks prior to event.
Include the following info: full date, start & end times,
topic/type of event, name of event, sponsor, venue, city,
full address, contact info, registration deadline, and admission
(even if free).
